TekMegha – Digital Profiles, Billing, Websites & Business Tools
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TekMegha websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Important notices
- Email delivery of data: Your store data, business/profile information, and customer records entered on TekMegha may be transmitted or delivered by email as part of normal Service operations (for example, notifications, reports, enquiries, or account-related communication).
- Account suspension: TekMegha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user or business account at any time, with or without notice, and without providing a reason.
- Transactions between users: TekMegha is not a party to transactions between a business/profile owner and any TekMegha user or customer. TekMegha is not responsible for any payments, refunds, disputes, product or service quality, delivery, or other dealings between those parties.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
2. Business profiles and store data
TekMegha allows businesses and professionals to create digital profiles, manage stores, customers, invoices, appointments, and related records. You represent that you have the right to collect, store, and process any customer or business data you upload.
You acknowledge that store data and customer information may be processed through TekMegha systems and may be sent via email where the Service requires it. You remain responsible for obtaining any consent required from your customers and for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, attempting unauthorized access, spamming users, or interfering with platform security or availability.
4. Fees and third-party transactions
Some features may be free or paid as described on the platform. Payments made to TekMegha for subscriptions or platform services are governed by our billing terms and applicable refund policy.
Any transaction, payment, or commercial arrangement between you and another user of TekMegha (including between a business/profile owner and an end customer) is solely between those parties. TekMegha does not guarantee, mediate, or assume liability for such transactions.
5. Suspension and termination
TekMegha may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove content, or ban accounts at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice and without stating a reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekMegha disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TekMegha does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekMegha and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service or from dealings between users.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
