1. General Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as agreed in writing
- Cancellation request made before work begins
- Quality issues that cannot be resolved
- Technical problems that cannot be fixed
- Breach of contract by TekMegha
1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Work already completed
- Third-party fees (domain registration, SSL certificates, plugins, etc.)
- Completed milestones that have been accepted
- Content creation work already performed
2. Website Development Projects
2.1 Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a small administrative fee (typically 5-10%).
2.2 After Work Has Started
If work has already commenced:
- Refunds will be calculated based on work completed versus total project cost
- You will be charged for all completed work
- Remaining balance will be refunded, if applicable
- A project closure fee may apply (10-15% of remaining balance)
2.3 Project Completion
After a project is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there are unresolved technical issues that we are unable to fix.
3. Hosting and Maintenance Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for the current billing period
- Service will continue until the end of the paid period
- No further charges after cancellation
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual hosting and maintenance subscriptions:
- Full refund available within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied
- After 30 days, prorated refund based on unused months
- Early termination fee may apply (typically 1-2 months)
- Setup fees are non-refundable after 7 days
4. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are registered with third-party registrars on your behalf and subject to their policies.
- Domain registration fees cannot be refunded once a domain is registered
- Domain transfers may incur separate fees
- Domain renewals follow the same policy
5. Additional Services
5.1 Logo Design
- Refund available if no designs have been presented yet
- Once initial designs are presented, refund amount is reduced by 50%
- After final design approval, no refund available
5.2 Content Writing
- Refund available if work has not started
- Partial refund if less than 50% completed
- No refund if more than 50% completed
5.3 Social Media Services
- No refund for work already posted or scheduled
- Partial refund for unused posts/schedules
6. Requesting a Refund

- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. Dispute Resolution

- Mediation if both parties are willing
- Clear documentation of the dispute

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Important: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate all services
- Charge additional fees for dispute handling
- Refuse future service to you

11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
